Together, we can tease out how to make your life more congruent with your desires and values. We can build your self-understanding of who you are and what you need to thrive, and get professional validation of a suspected mental health diagnosis. We can make your romantic relationship(s) feel like a safer and deeper place for you to connect. We can build your social confidence and friendship skills to put you in the places where you feel you can create the quality friendships and community relationships you desire.

Ideal Client
You've experienced trauma or life transitions and have difficulty figuring out what you like and who you are now that you've actually got the time to think about it. You're aware that things are different about you now, but not sure how to adjust the rest of your life to fit the new you.
Maybe you've always felt different from other people, like there's a rule book that everyone else has to navigate social norms and you're having to learn from trial and error. You might get invited to the social gatherings, but find yourself gravitating towards the pets at a party or finding a comfy corner and want to connect more with other humans. You're not sure if the differences you feel are due to being neurodivergent, but you know you want to understand how your brain might work differently than the people around you so you can connect to them and yourself better.
You're looking for your ideal partner but you’re not sure you could recognize that person if you went on a date with them, and find yourself repeating the "talking" stage or in unsatisfying relationships. OR You've found your person and desire deeper understanding of who each other are, need help getting out of an unhelpful pattern, and/or need a comfortable space to discuss how to meet each other's needs.
When you're going through a difficult time, you feel like you need to handle everything on your own. You've tried to connect with family members, schoolmates, coworkers, and neighbors but you're not sure how to deepen the connection beyond going to a bar or doing an activity together. You may have had difficulty with knowing and accepting who you are, and now that you know, you want help presenting that authentic self to other people in a way you feel comfortable with.
